Hello,
when I push app instance using realm-cli, it does now show ID of the deployed app. Last line in output looks like:

Successfully pushed app up:

I think app ID is supposed to be here, as I think it was in previous versions.

Realm-cli version: 2.2.0
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 9.13 (stretch)
