After message editing, unchanged text is shown in "Posts" section

How to reproduce:

1. Send message with text "Text 1" via chad.
2. Open "Posts" section, find that message and press "Edit"
3. Edit message text to "Text 2" and update it in Telegram Channel.

Result: When you are automatically returned to "Posts" section, you'll see that message with "Text 1" text, not "Text 2". When you return to that section later, however, you'll see "Text 2" text as should.
