the \9 Property Value hack works in IE6-10 (not IE6-8)

It seems that the current applicability for \9 hack is not correct. My tests show that this works in IE6/7/8 and also IE9 and IE10 but not IE11. so it must be listed as IE6-10:
.selector { property: value\9; }
