Describe the bug

React Demo 启动后，创建了房间，自己可以听见自己说话，百分百必现!

SDK Logs

没有报错

Channel: 1111

UID: 无

Platform and Browser: 任何浏览器都可重现

SDK Version: 4.0.1或者4.5.0都可以重现

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

npm i ; npm start
输入appid, channel后，创建房间
打开音量，自己可以听见自己说话...
无报错信息
