Cannot open video or audio on Android 10, Chrome 84.0, error message: "AgoraRTCError NOT_SUPPORT: can not find getUserMedia"

possible reason:

your context is not security context. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Secure_Contexts.
The browser does not support webrtc.
