Request: Next-steps documentation

Ok why don't you do this if you would: make an issue in the ampersand repo (the cli that generates the apps) asking for documentation or links or something to help people take the next step. It sounds like people would find that valuable.

I've been poking around trying to take 'next step's from Ampersand's generated app. I'm looking to create a new Ampersand model (done, I believe), and the corresponding API endpoints in Hapi and it led to (incompetence-related) pain. Some docs for where to go next from the sample might be useful.

Same here, new user left a bit wondering where to go from here. Being new to JavaScript MVC, there is a lot to look around.
