Provide configfile option from settings?

I'd like stylelint to use a specific configuration file, not in my root folder.
How about adding a field in the package's settings to provide a custom value for configfile options?

I understand this may conflict when used in multiple projects where the path could be different, but for a single project it would allow for custom path, which is great!
