[Bug] signal is aborted without reason

Bug Description

the app was deployed by company, and i just save my token, area, version and so on in the config.
When sending info out ,the web-app give this info back:

signal is aborted without reason

how could i handel this ?

the endpoint was made by our company, so i could not describe this
