Just came across this. Why not upload them as GitHub releases? Older artifacts will get deleted after 3 months, and downloading from the Actions tab requires to be logged-in a GitHub account, which has a terrible user experience. It really isn't much harder to automatically upload and dump them permanently in a prerelease, with a small disclaimer. Timestamp the filenames and that's it. |

I don’t want GitHub to get angry with us because people are occupying their Actions workers for no reason (and you’re also taking up their space with junk forks). Just download the existing artefacts from our repositories.
This is precautionary in order to prevent coming to a point where GitHub would actually contact us.
