As first efforts, I have created a CONTRIBUTING.MD in the project root. 2642ef6

This file should be populated with instructions on how to get involved and maybe also a showcase with issues that can be solved by new guys.

On top of that I would propose that we create a new label named: "Newbie Tasks" which we will keep small and simple so anyone who has got time and interest can complete those small tasks.

As a project maintainer, I would like to make the entrance level to my project as low as possible to draw more interest by less experienced programmers.

Good examples of Contributing.mds

As a plus, we should add a Link to the Contributing.md to our README.md at the top so people can find it asap.

Great, idea! I'll take care of it.
