Support loading through a GitHub page

It may help some people if we allow them to simply set their homepage rather than installing an extension. One example would be Opera users, who cannot use this extension because Opera does not allow extensions which override the new tab page. They could simply set their homepage to https://erikboesen.com/BWNT or something and that would work ok.

You could even use Github pages, but I don't think you'd have access to the chrome i18n API and massive storage (for the image bg) from normal websites. I think that is only available for extensions.
