Log shows that this vsix unsupport on 6.3.xxxx os version.
But after I manually installed .net framework 4.7.2 SDK to try to compile by myself, the error doesn't appear again.
At first I think it just because windows 8.1 is old so it's no longer to be support, but it's just missing the sdk.
