Application crashes when opening a domoticz DB.

When starting the exe from a CMD window, I get this text as when the program quits:

[9100:0828/184653.124:ERROR:crashpad_client_win.cc(844)] not connected

Can't find any erorrs in the event viewer, but I'm not really experienced with using that.

I can now reproduce this issue from the download. The build from my compiler npm run start has no issues. Confirmed by better-sqlite3 issue: WiseLibs/better-sqlite3#1044. Trying to figure out what to do.
