Include torchlibrosa in your feature matrix?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have not used torchlibrosa before, but it seems it only supports STFT at the moment?
I would like to know more about this to make sure the information included in the feature matrix is as accurate as possible.

Maybe as a torchlibrosa user, you are more knowledgeable about it, and I don't mind you to raise a pull request to update the feature matrix.
