Hi!

Could you please explain what the replace here does?

Reinforcement-learning-with-tensorflow/experiments/Robot_arm/DDPG.py

Line 101 in 1fd1c08

self.sess.run(self.replace)

It somehow passes t_params and e_params to the session..
