-) rename NREL_HPC to dataset_path and have predefined paths for AWS and NREL
-) include function to select a satellite based on lat, lon
-) pvlib uses 'TMY' as default for names. We could do the same and if no TMY file exists we could fall back to the latest available non-leap year.
