Something observed by @gedankenstuecke when reviewing the data produced by data logging -- there is a lot of cases of access event data on the open humans side that doesn't have the expected matching S3 log data.

One possibility is that there's a hiccup in logging data that's occurring for files that get deleted soon after being accessed. This commonly happens when data sources access & remove & upload an updated file.
