Files matched by .eslintignore (e.g., __generated__/) are not omitted therefore still linted.

While they are skipped when included in the .eslintrc.js as:

  ignorePatterns: ['__generated__'],

But this is not ideal, as creates a lot of duplicity and unexpected behaviour.

By the way using ESLint CLI both situations are handled as expected.

@Quramy Is it possible to do it better? (if there is some known limitation, then might be good to report it in the README.md).
