No music after upgrading new carplay module

I've recently buy an official carplay box. After replacement, I found that AA operates with no touchscreen function. Then I've tried to use the Android Auto Headunit app from MZD-AIO instead. Unfortunately, I can enter to the AA screen but there is no music or sound playing at all. Once I uninstall the tweaks and enter the official AA, it works fine.

Are there any ways to completely disable official AA, then I can only select one from MZD-AIO?
Otherwise, is it possible to force the official AA to have touchscreen function?
