Summary

Add Falkon and Otter web browsers to the browsers to be supporting IPFS.

Both available for Linux and Windows.

Motivation

IMHO, web browsers without big politics involved and having user interest in mind are making it easier to add support to IPFS.
I guess, initial implemetation can be done with go-ipfs or ipget.
