Support more than 2 lines in TimedList

With the new HTML parsing of transcripts, and just in general, we'll need to be able to support more than 2 lines in the TimedList component which shows the transcript line-by-line. This may be a bit tricky since the component relies on react-window and the height of each item may need to be individually calculated.
