[Bug]: Can not introduce symbols #1926
Comments
Are you able to elaborate what you mean here? it sounds like you're having issues typing the @ symbol into atuin? |
Exactly all the next symbols do not work in atuin: "|", "@", "#", "~", "¬", "]", "}", "". |
Probably is also related with the terminal emulator that I use (alacritty), I just teste with konsole and it works there. Still, I never had this kind of problems before with alacritty so it is probably some interaction between alacritty and atuin. |
Can confirm, I'm also affected by this. On Archlinux with Atuin 18.2.0-2 and Alacritty 0.13.2-2 installed it shows the same behavior where I'm unable to enter an @ symbol into the atuin reverse search when running in alacritty. Works fine in gnome-console though. Pretty wild bug. |
What did you expect to happen?
Be able to search for symbols like "@"
What happened?
It prints the number disregarding the "Alt" key modifier
Atuin doctor output
