Example 1 works as expected.

Example 2 fails because "audio-oscillator/pull" doesn't exist. I presume it once did but doesn't anymore.

Example 3 fails with the messages "TypeError: generate is not a function", and "Error: Argument should be an AudioBuffer instance."

@zigszigsdk thank you for the issue. This component is in transitional state, waiting for #44. Once merged, we'll update readme.
