App crashes when having 2 GPUs

What happened to me is that if i enabled my integrated GPU on the BIOS, the VRCFT App would crash after 2 seconds of being open, i suspect this was due to the app being assigned to the default GPU (my 1060) and then being switched to use the iGPU as it doesn't need many resources to work, and it crashes when it does this

My workaround fix is to go on the windows settings and select the app to use the iGPU, but this requiered me to mess with permissions as it's a microsoft app and you normally can't access the folder, and it wasn't easy to do at all
