Breakouts - when joining a breakout, mic and webcam in main room should drop

Describe the bug
After joining a breakout room, the mic and webcam remain active in the main room, with potential undesirable consequences.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a meeting as a moderator
2. Join as a viewer in a different tab
3. Viewer shares microphone
4. Viewer shares webcam
5. Moderator invites viewer in breakouts, they accept.
6. Viewer now sees a different tab (breakout) where media is not yet shared
7. Look at the main room

Expected behavior
The webcam and mic should be dropped in the main room when you're joinig a breakout.

Actual behavior
They remain open.
