This was planned to be a Redmine API mock server I wanted to write up to test a "coming up" Redmine REST Client. I then got reminded by friends that OpenAPI/Swagger is a thing and apparently there are tools to make mocks out of your spec documentation. So I'm going to write up a spec now!
