Better log on mybinder status #81

Would it be possible to show the build log on the status page in a better way?

Example: http://mybinder.org/status/gammapy/gammapy-extra

Suggestions:

Add line numbers
Make it possible to link to a given line number in the log

Then it would be easier to read and link to from discussions in issues / chat.

Maybe as a separate page where the log is full-screen?
