Sometimes we need to choose the issue number.

I didn't understand it, can you explain with more details about the problem and what you want like a solution?

Sure!
Currently, our tool is always looking for the last opened issue in the Weekly repository.
Sometimes we need to choose another issue, not the last one.
For example, when the currently issue is big and we have enough links, we close it and open the next one.
With that, when I use the newsletter tool, it will look for the last issue, which is not the one I want.

So, my proposal is to dynamically choose the issue number when needed.
We can keep looking for the last issue, but it'll be nice to have an option to choose another.

Some ideas:

@JulioGold let me know if you need more information

Added issue selection by hash. #37
If you use http://localhost:8080 that is ok, will get the last campaign issue, if you use http://localhost:8080/#issue=NNN will use the NNN issue number.
