Standardize website vs data source rating scale for additionality and specificity #239

Hello there!

Thank you for this great ressource. One issue I've encountered:

Currently, additionality and specificity are given a rating of 1/3, 2/3, or 3/3 on the website. In the downloadable CSV or JSON, the values are given as 0, 1, or 2. This is confusing. I initially read the website description for what the ratings meant, and then thought that all the projects I was looking at in the CSV had a rating of 2/3 (when the 2 really meant 3/3). Standardizing this would be very nice!!

Thanks,

Martin
