It would be nice to demonstrate the usage for a dataset of GeoTiff's that aren't cloud-optimized, which is where kerchunk really shines. https://registry.opendata.aws/silo/ is one option. This could go in https://github.com/ProjectPythia/kerchunk-cookbook
