Craig,
Great app. Are you accepting feature requests or pull requests for new features?

I have seen that there are still open and updated tickets on his sf.net Bugtracker.
Maybe have a look there. Although something tells me that it might be an idea to migrate them here...

I am... the Google devel list contains a link to the contributor agreement. It basically says that I will hold copyright on any contributions. It makes it much easier for licensing updates. The last update was from GPLv2 to GPLv3.

The old bugtracker does need to be migrated at some point. I've got a bit more cleanup on the Fx interface and will probably take some time to migrate valid issues over.

You holding copyright on contributions seems reasonable, it is your project. And a long running project at that.

I am glad to see you are still activity developing this project, it is pretty solid. I've only been using it for about a week, I plan to use this for my personal finances.

For future feature requests and pull requests, would you expect UI improvements to include both swing and fx? Or depreciate swing to bug fixes and fx gets the new features?

Glad jGnash is working well for you! The Fx interface has done much to help clean up the code and make the interface much more robust.

UI features will generally be the Fx interface only now unless there is some compelling reason to do otherwise... there always seems to be exceptions to the rules. I suspect Java 9 may break the support libraries jGnash uses for the Swing interface which are mostly abandoned now and don't want to spend much effort on something that is likely to fade away.

Good to know. Then I will create pull requests for features I would like to add. Also, good call on intellij, it handled the project easily and was able to start debugging.
