Implement e1000 driver for Intel Pro 1000 NICs

This will make it easy to support networking in virtualized machines running e.g. VirtualBox.

Sources of information:

• The Minix e1000 driver - this one is a good starting point since Minix is by nature more similar to chaos than all the monolithic systems
• FreeBSD e1000 driver (seems to be written by Intel themselves)
• NetBSD wm(4) driver (developed by Wasabi Systems)
