Following our discussion with Miki, some courses—especially senior projects and individual studies—have an "administrative" instructor assigned but the final professor rating has nothing to do with this instructor. We should not calculate average professor ratings for this course and more importantly do not link this rating with the listed instructor.

We probably need a list of special cases hard-coded in Ferry. We would also need to ask different departments for what courses to be unlinked.
