Automate frontend codegen

In the future, a lot more stuff will be powered by cached GQL data so it's better if they can be auto refreshed when GQL data potentially changes. (Buildings, subjects, schools...)

The mid term plan is to make it regularly generated by a cron script (instead of manually regenerated by a human when needed). The long term plan is to generate it on the fly for every frontend redeploy.
