Site Settings - cannot see list of timezones to edit #994

Site Settings - cannot see list of timezones like in user edit,
Setting Entity didn't hit if statement:
if (!empty($this->params['optionClass'])) {

To fix this i've updated database record manualy for Site.timezone with options
optionClass=Croogo/Settings.Timezones
