User session data should be updated on timezone adjustment. #998

Currently a logged in user will see no effect when their timezone is changed. The user will have to log out & log back in for the settings to take effect.

The user should either:

  • Be notified they should logout before new settings take effect
  • Have the session data updated on a profile/user edit
  • Be Forcefully logged out
