Mimic the item page design in the manner of displaying a increased size NPC besides the item name, and then move the "things a NPC might say" right below it's name/title, remove the Info title and if they are a shop or not, and then just display which map they're in.

Use <i class-"fa fa-globe"></i> right before the world name.
