When downloading a single file it would be really nice if I could rename in the download process.

Perhaps a filename param in the options

I would also like the ability to utilise the array index as the filename when bulk downloading files. I am downloading arcgis tiles from a server and they are being overwritten by each other because its not giving them a unique filename. Anyone know how i can achieve this?
