Description

I installed Ubuntu 24.04 inside WSL 2 on Windows 10. I then installed Docker inside of that. Then, I was not able to start the daemon. I looked around and found this SO post. I ran the commands in this answer and the issue was resolved. I don't understand why I have to run these commands and what they do exactly, but in any case, either those or some equivalent fix should be part of the installation guide, as it doesn't seem like it is possible to use Docker without them. If it's not WSL specific, maybe it should be added to another page.
