.DS_Store in migrations/meta breaks everything

This one took me a while to figure out, but if there is a .DS_Store file in your meta directory, you can't run migrations anymore since it considers that file in the snapshots and can't parse it.

We should be filtering out files that start with . or look for that file specifically, or only be looking for JSON files.
