dva new 新项目的时候可以指定dva的版本号吗？ #149

现在用dva-cli生成新项目 dva的版本是2.1.0。我们公司项目的dva的版本都是1.2.1
可以指定版本号生成项目么类似于dva new app @1.2.1这样
