dva new 命令 #155

我把dva-cli 升级到0.9的版本后用dva new 命令新建项目是就会一直卡在install json-stable-stringify 这个包这里，整个进程就会一直卡住无法完成新建项目但是我用npm install 命令是可以安装这个包的，请问一下这会是什么原因呀？
