How can I pass in a pre-defined array to a Form that uses getFieldList()?

How can I pass in a pre-defined array to a Form that uses getFieldList()?
I can’t find any obvious way to do this from the docs.

import { useForm } from '@conform-to/react';

function Example() {
  const preExistingNotes = [{ title: "First Note" }, { title: "Second Note" }]; // Unsure how to get this into my Conform Form
  const [form, fields] = useForm();
  const todos = fields.todos.getFieldList();

  return (
    <form id={form.id}>
      <ul>
        {todos.map((todo) => {
          const todoFields = todo.getFieldset();

          return (
            <li key={todo.key}>
              <input name={todoFields.title.name} />

You can pass it to useForm with the defaultValue option.
