freeze and unfreeze all dock in window

Shall we provide a function with dock that freeze and unfreeze all dock in window?
freeze: lock the layout, sounds like dock-panel => panel
unfreeze: panel => dock-panal again

For a frozen dock-panel, what features should be disable?

• Can it resize in window?
• Disable the dock behavior?
• Disable the pop up and close?
• Can other dock panel outside the frozen window join in?

I think we should add fix-size and resizable for dockable panel. Not just disable it when frozen.
