Can not create parameters for module in xml

I think this is same prob as reported in a thread over on joomlacode
Using J! 2.5.8 (bare new install) and EC 0.0.19

Steps to reproduduce issue:
Create a new module
Open it in EasyCreator
Click 'Parameters' icon
Select an xml file from dropdown - eg: modules/mod_mymod/mod_mymod.xml
click '+ New Group' to add new param group
eneter Group Name
click '+ New Parameter' to add new param
enter Param name
click 'Save'
and screen refreshes, but nothing gets saved to xml file
I'm not sure but it looks like paramter.min.js might be the cause

This is my first trial with package and this issue it seems to be amazingly accomplished

Yes it's the paramter.min.js
divParameters don't exist in function addGroup, but i don't found out how to fix it.
