TravisCI の cron とか使って定期的に git remote して
各ファイル diff して
差分は再翻訳して
コード部分なら自動で取り込んで

的なことをしたいけど。。。コード部分なら取り込んでは厳しすぎる 😇

https://github.com/evancz/guide.elm-lang.org をサブモジュールにする
- どの時のスナップショットかをリポジトリ内に保存できる
CI で追従、更新されたファイルを列挙
- TravisCI の daily cron がいいかな（CircleCI はビルドタイムに制限がある）
weekly とかで Issue に勝手に起こしてくれるといいよね
単純にコード部分なら取り込む

上二つならサクッとできそうだが。。。
