upon stopping user container 'stopping container' messages doesn't disappear #165

Once user decides to stop container, he/she goes to control panel, press 'stop', and looks at message 'stopping container' that doesn't disappear itself - one has to refresh page manually 30-60 seconds later to get repo prompt.

I don't have such problem. After a pressing 'stop' , I just wait during 15 seconds and then see the "Launch a notebook" button.

I have tried to do that with the standard containers (Dimuon and Demo).

Possibly would be solved with update to newest jupyterhub.
