Feature Request: Double tap on the screen (!!not apple pencil, which is not currently possible!!) to toggle between eraser and the active tool while working with ipad

Recently, I have been thinking about how to make toggling the eraser on the iPad more convenient, given that the double tap with Apple pencil doesn't work in excalidraw #5431 .

I wonder whether it's possible to use double tap on the screen(or a a two-finger double tap) to toggle between eraser and the active tool.

Alternatives I've considered
I have learned that "E" toggles between the eraser and the active tool. So a feature that allows to assign finger gestures with hotkeys will do the work.
