Can't execute npm-windows_update

Hi all, this is no bug but a request to update the documentation. Following the instruction works fine just until the moment where we're supposed to enter npm-windows_update (right after npm install --global --production npm-windows-upgrade). I found out that the file didn't exist and was not executable because the npm-windows-upgrade.cmd in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\npm was supposed to be started. Maybe you want to alter the documentation on this matter.
