When the RPC endpoint is unavailable, wallet interactions and "scheduled rewards" will be unavailable. Station can still interface with spark-api through HTTP, so the main operation is unaffected.

When this happens, display a warning to the user in-app (no need for notification), give some context and suggest to try again later.
